Another finale would not use Super Sentai footage until the Power Rangers Super Samurai episode "Samurai Forever", five years later. The teens take Mack to the Control Center. Everyone watched anxiously as Mr. Hartford and Spencer try to repair Mack.
Bullox caught them by surprise by blasting the four Rangers and vowed to destroy them himself. Tyzonn becomes more agitated with his reflection and takes his foot and stomps it into the water. Mack walks up and tells him to take it easy. Tyzonn tells Mack he told him to stay away.

Mr. Hartford and Spencer are there as well. Mack walks in and suggests using the Flash Point Megazord. Mr. Hartford refuses, telling Mack he has no training. Mack tells his dad that he is taking the Flash Point Megazord and refers to his dad as Mr. Hartford. The Rangers had demorph and the Megazord is in pieces.
After all, Andrew has trusted Spencer with his biggest secret. Spencer walks out of the room, as Andrew ponders what Spencer has said. In his Ice Den, Flurious is angry as well. The Power Rangers have two jewels, Miratrix and Kamdor have one and Moltor has the crown. He, meanwhile, has nothing.Norg points out that he has him and his snowman, Clarence.

Although Hartford is originally opposed to it, his son Mack becomes the fifth team member - the Red Ranger. In the process, they encounter the illustrious Miratrix, who is determined to find the jewels and free her master Kamdor. In his ice cave, Flurious laughs with glee. Mack tells Spencer to "send them all" however the Sonic Streaker isn't sent. In San Angeles, the Rangers, in their Megazord have a tough battle against the Fearcats in their giant robot. Elsewhere, the Fearcats are inside another one of their giant robots. The Fearcats are convinced they don't need any armor with the new robot they have. Towards the end of Part 2, Spencer quietly tells Andrew that the DNA resequencer was re-calibrated especially for Mack.
This time Will pins the location of the third jewel. They all look at the screen, which flashes red where the jewels were located. Will tells his friends he doesn't see a pattern. Rose admits she doesn't see one either. Inside the mansion, Mr. Hartford is still upset over the loss of the jewel. Spencer is aware of that and points out it wasn't so long ago that Mr. Hartford lost the crown.
Power Rangers Operation Overdrive
Meanwhile, on the beach the teens are preparing to return to the Control Center with the jewel. Mack's Tracker goes off and it is Mr. Hartford, telling them they have to abandon their mission as the Fearcats are attacking San Angeles. The teens are happy to tell Mr. Hartford they have completed the mission, they have the third jewel.
All the teens raced into Andrew's study. The screen shows Tyzonn and Bullox attacking the city. Ronny asks if she can use the Transtek Armor and Andrew tells her yes. Ronny takes off for the Control Center. Mack pauses by the table and picks up the piece of parchment before taking off with his friends. Professor Ryan prepares to leave and apologizes for not being able to help them more.
Black Ranger battles Kamdor, using the Hovertek Cycle and the Defender Vest. Despite his best efforts, Black Ranger loses the jewel to Kamdor and Miratrix. Moltor is sitting on his throne inside his volcano, and is not surprise when the Fearcats enter with several knocked out Lava Lizards. The Fearcats tossed the Lava Lizards to the ground and don't appreciate Moltor's plan of attack. Moltor tells them he knew they would turn down his invitation, so he set up a lure instead. Moltor snaps his fingers and the Lava Lizards who were knocked out are now okay.
Mack pulls out the Sentinel Sword and tosses it out. Sentinel Knight appears in giant form and joins in the battle. Sentinel Knight is soon knocked out and reverts to sword form and lands in some rocks.
But the four Rangers don't have it for long either. The Chillers battle and one manages to get the staff back to Flurious. Flurious is pleased and sends the Chillers back out to battle the four Rangers. Meanwhile, Dax, Will, Ronny and Rose continued their battle with the Lava Lizards. Dax eventually uses the Defender Vest and Drill Blaster to turn the Lava Lizards to stone and then destroy them.
